NCS — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
At NCS, a brand owned and operated by Kreevs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review our Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellation Policy below before placing an order.
EXCHANGES
7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or colour of the same product.
Original Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Unwashed.
- In its original condition and original packaging.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned with the brand tag and plastic seal intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
Subject to Availability
All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or colour. If your preferred option is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution in accordance with this policy.
Exchange Request Details
Customers must provide a detailed reason for the exchange and submit clear images of the product as supporting proof when making an exchange request.
Exchange Processing Time
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to review and process your exchange request.
NCS reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Free Exchanges
Once an exchange request is approved, eligible product exchanges will be processed free of cost, with no additional exchange fee charged to the customer.
Pickup
After your exchange request has been approved, we will arrange pickup of the original item from the eligible serviceable address.
RETURNS
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.
Original Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned with the brand tag and plastic seal intact.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Images of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- Order details and a description of the issue.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be subject to additional verification.
Return Request Details
Customers must provide a detailed reason for the return along with clear images of the product as supporting proof.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to review and process your return request.
NCS reserves the right to approve or reject a return request if it does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
Pickup
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup, generally within 5 to 6 business days, subject to courier serviceability and logistics availability.
Quality Check
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection after being received by us.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product:
- Has been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Is damaged by the customer.
- Has missing tags or seals.
- Is not returned in its original packaging.
- Shows stains, odours, marks, damage, or other signs of use.
- Does not match the product originally dispatched.
Return Handover Video
For additional documentation and protection, customers are advised to record a clear, continuous no-cut video while packing and handing over the return package to the courier or delivery agent.
REFUNDS
Store Credit
For eligible standard returns, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a discount code, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
The store credit may be used toward future purchases from NCS, subject to any conditions communicated with the credit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved following our quality check, please allow up to 72 hours for the applicable store credit or discount code to be issued.
Any refund required to be made to the original payment method under applicable law will be processed accordingly and may be subject to additional processing timelines of banks or payment service providers.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Window
An order may only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the applicable Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Refund will be credited in 7 to 12 working days after the review is completely.

Prepaid Orders
For eligible prepaid-order cancellations made before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy and applicable law.
Where applicable, eligible refunds may be issued as store credit or through the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Size Chart
Customers are strongly encouraged to refer to the applicable size chart before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit.
Quality or Quantity Issues
Any quality, quantity, damaged-product, defective-product, or incorrect-item issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with appropriate supporting evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, customisation, or other applicable reasons, certain products may be designated as non-returnable. Any such restriction should be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
