This Shipping Policy outlines the terms applicable to the processing, dispatch, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotional campaigns, festive periods, sales, or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing may take additional time.
2. Shipping Within India
NCS currently ships orders across serviceable locations in India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are generally:
- Metro cities: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations: Up to 12 business days or longer, depending on courier availability and local conditions.
These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.
NCS may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value at its discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking details via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method using the contact information provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information to ensure successful delivery.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that the shipping address, postal code, phone number, and other delivery details provided during checkout are complete and accurate.
NCS and Kreevs shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers may contact us to request an address correction. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin
Our courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts in accordance with their operational policies.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, incorrect contact information, incomplete address, or another customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to us as a Return to Origin (RTO).
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
7. Delayed Shipments
Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Natural disasters.
- Government restrictions.
- Public holidays.
- Courier or logistics disruptions.
- Transportation delays.
- Strikes or civil disturbances.
- Incorrect delivery information.
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such situations, NCS will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and coordinate with the relevant logistics partner.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order is lost during transit or arrives visibly damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible at noircrestclothing@gmail.com with their order details and relevant supporting photographs or videos, where applicable.
All claims will be reviewed and investigated with the relevant courier partner. Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our applicable Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. International Shipping
International shipping, if available, will be subject to destination serviceability, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and receipt of an order confirmation from NCS.
In rare circumstances involving payment verification issues, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing, or technical errors, NCS reserves the right to place an order on hold or cancel it. Where applicable, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
