NCS and Kreevs generally do not directly store complete:

  • Other sensitive payment authentication credentials.

A payment transaction may be subject to verification and approval by the customer's bank, card network, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and receipt of an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to place an order on hold, reject it, or cancel it in cases involving payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or product unavailability.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasonable operational, legal, security, or commercial reasons, including:

7. BILLING, SHIPPING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities and towns: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations: Up to 12 business days or longer depending on serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Public holidays.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Courier delays.
  • Strikes or civil disturbances.
  • Incorrect customer information.
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be communicated through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method using the contact information supplied by the customer.

Tracking availability and updates may depend on the applicable logistics provider.

10. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND RETURN TO ORIGIN

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts according to their operational policies.

If delivery fails because of:

  • Customer unavailability.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Incorrect address.
  • Incomplete address.
  • Incorrect contact details.
  • Other customer-related reasons.

The shipment may be returned to us as a Return to Origin (RTO).

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.

11. EXCHANGES

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible exchange for a different size or colour of the same product.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unused.
  • Unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned with the brand tag and plastic seal intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or colour.

Customers may be required to provide a detailed reason and clear supporting images.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for review and processing of exchange requests.

Eligible approved exchanges are processed free of cost.

NCS reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request where the eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

12. RETURNS

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit an eligible return request.

Products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • Unwashed.
  • In original condition.
  • In original packaging.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • With the brand tag and plastic seal intact.

Customers must provide a detailed reason for the return and may be required to submit clear images as proof.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for review and processing of a return request.

Once approved, pickup is generally arranged within 5 to 6 business days, subject to logistics availability and courier serviceability.

13. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, quality-related, or quantity-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the packaging.
  • Images of the shipping label.
  • Order details.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may require additional verification.

14. RETURN QUALITY CHECK

All returned products are subject to inspection and quality verification.

We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if the product:

  • Has been worn or used.
  • Has been washed.
  • Has been altered.
  • Has been damaged after delivery.
  • Has stains, marks, odours, or signs of use.
  • Is missing original tags or seals.
  • Is not returned in its original packaging.
  • Does not match the product originally dispatched.

Customers are advised to record a clear, continuous no-cut video when packing and handing the returned product to the courier or delivery agent for documentation purposes.

15. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

For eligible standard returns, refunds are generally issued as store credit in the form of a discount code, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

After the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved through our quality-check process, please allow up to 72 hours for eligible store credit to be issued.

Where applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method, such refund will be processed accordingly and may be subject to additional timelines imposed by banks, card networks, UPI providers, or payment gateways.

16. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An order may only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by the applicable Returns and Exchanges Policy.

For eligible prepaid-order cancellations made before dispatch, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

17. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products may be designated as non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, customisation, limited-edition status, or other reasonable considerations.
